My makeup story begins in late 2008 and with YouTube! This is when I first discovered tutorials and beauty gurus, I began religiously watching videos and trying out different looks on myself. I
became a pro at doing my own makeup, so naturally I started doing my sister's
and my friends makeup. By late 2010 I was freelancing and getting paid for my
work. Then I decided to get a more formal education in this field and attended the
Professional Certified Makeup Artist program at Ruby's Makeup Academy in
Upland, CA. (I should mention that though
I did complete this program, I do consider my self, self-taught..or YouTube-taught.) Since then my passion for the beauty industry has grown tremendously, which is why I'm currently enrolled in Cosmetology School and am soon to graduate in June 2015. I am currently for
